Founder & CEO

Beginning her career in healthcare, Shelley developed a strong foundation in leadership, attention to detail, and problem solving. Before starting Freedom Waterproofing, she built and managed several successful businesses which developed the entrepreneurial mindset and determination that have become central to her leadership. Her commitment to excellence and foundation of caring for others is what helps drive our team forward while keeping our values at the core of everything we do.

Christopher Brower

President

With over 40 years in the waterproofing industry, Chris has more than earned his nickname the "Godfather of Waterproofing." He brings a wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, and leadership to Freedom Waterproofing. Throughout his career, Chris has remained committed to quality workmanship, integrity, and doing the job right the first time. His extensive industry experience allows him to provide valuable insight on even the most complex projects, while helping guide the next generation of waterproofing professionals.
